Allison Bindiger is a human resources and workplace consultant with over 15 years of experience leading and managing sensitive personnel matters in highly regulated environments. Her work spans employee relations, workplace investigations, and operational structure and support, helping organizations navigate complex and often sensitive issues.
She is experienced in handling matters at all stages, from initial concerns through more complex and escalated situations. Known for her responsiveness and efficiency, Allison brings a structured, operationally grounded approach to workplace matters, with a focus on consistency, sound judgment, and practical outcomes. She works closely with leadership and counsel as needed to ensure issues are addressed appropriately.
She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
