I am a consultant with over 15 years of experience supporting organizations through complex personnel and operational matters, particularly in highly regulated environments. My work spans employee relations, workplace investigations, and operational structure and support, helping organizations navigate issues from early concerns through more complex and escalated situations.


I handle matters at all stages and am known for being responsive and efficient. I bring a structured, practical approach to workplace and operational challenges, with a focus on consistency, sound judgment, and clear, well-documented outcomes. I work closely with leadership and counsel as needed to ensure issues are addressed appropriately and effectively.


I hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA), am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
